Hello everyone from a very sunny and beautiful Prince Edward Island! My family and I are on vacation this week and we are visiting my family and friends back home. We have spent the day travelling, getting our campsite up and running, and had the chance to have a visit with an old friend. Those are the reasons why this post is so late! But… it’s better late than never so here goes!
This week’s topic is all about favourite websites. I have a few that I would like to share with you. So, in no particular order, here they are!
WOW! I cannot say enough great things about this site! TpT has EVERYTHING a teacher could need in order to decorate his/her classroom, plan lessons, track data, provide differentiation, and so much more! Every since discovering this site, I have not ordered or purchased any curriculum materials from a publishing company. I go straight to TpT to get what I need from teachers who know what works in classrooms. I am such a fan of the site that I have become a seller as well. If I need something in my classroom and I make it to suit the needs of my students, I know there is someone out there who will need it, too. This site could easily be called Teachers Helping Teachers – there are so many free and inexpensive items available from teachers around the world that will make your heart (and your students!!!) smile!
I can’t help it but I love Facebook! My family and friends call me the Facebook Queen because I am constantly uploading pictures and statuses and reading all about my friends and family on the site. I love being able to interact with others from around the world in a blink of an eye.
As a parent and teacher, I love the Reflex Math website! It is an amazing online tool for helping children master their basic facts. This site does require a payment but it is by far the best site I have found for basic fact practice. The games are fun, the graphics are incredible, and the best part is the data collection that is done by the site! You know exactly where your students are at and how well they are progressing with the click of your mouse!
Well, there you have it! Make sure to press the inlinkz button at the bottom of this post to join in the linky!
Have a great day!

Hehe, how could I forget to add Teacher Pay Teachers as my favorite website! I wish I was as familiar with it when I was teaching – it would have helped me so much with planning and saving time!
I hope you are having a wonderful time with your family! There is nothing like a hometown trip to see family and friends! Thanks so much for making the time for this link up, I’m sure we all could have waited for next week.
Anyhoo, don’t spend too much time at your computer while on vacation!
